RUSSELL INSTALLS NEW BOTTLING LINE

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
VANCOUVER, Canada – July 22, 2008 - Russell Brewing Company, a producer of premium craft beer in British Columbia, has taken delivery of a new bottle filling line and is now installing the system.

“We are one of the first customers for this system in North America, said Andrew Harris, President. We chose it for a number of reasons; one being the system is scalable and second, similar systems by this manufacturer have been operated by one of the world’s largest Coca Cola bottlers for some time with outstanding reliability and efficiencies. Finally, the fact that Applied Bottling Ltd., the supplier are a local BC Company with excellent after sale service and support in place.”

The Company will be introducing a number of its core brands in bottles once the installation and testing of the system is completed. Over the past four months the Company has successfully introduced its brands in cans in the BC and Manitoba markets. “We expect that our bottled product will be equally well received, said Harris.”

Russell Brewing Company produces high quality small batch beers to exacting standards. No shortcuts. No preservatives, no pasteurization. Russell use only the finest Canadian grain, pure Canadian water, imported hops and its own special yeast strain.
