VANCOUVER, Canada – February 14, 2008 – Russell Breweries Inc. (“Russell”) (TSX.V:RB) advises that as a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission, the company is issuing the following press release to clarify disclosure in the Management Discussion and Analyses (“MD&As”) for the year ended June 30, 2007 and the interim period ended September 30, 2007. The June 30, 2007 and September 30, 2007 MD&As have been amended and restated as of February 5, 2008 and have been re-filed on SEDAR.

The amended and restated June 30, 2007 and September 30, 2007 MD&As were expanded and clarified with respect to management discussion regarding the Company’s net sales, gross margin and selling and general and administration expenses as well a commentary was added in the June 30, 2007 amended and restated MD&A on 4th quarter material and adjusting items. A commentary on the past eight quarter results was added to both MD&As highlighting seasonality, the impact of stock compensation expense and of advertising and promotion expense and related party disclosure was expanded to include relationship and identity of all related persons, business purpose of the transaction, amount and future commitments.

In addition the Company has filed an amended and restated Business Acquisition Report dated February 13, 2008.
