VANCOUVER, Canada – October 6, 2009 – Russell Breweries Inc. is pleased to announce the signing of a five year beer sponsorship agreement with Global Spectrum Facility Management, L.P., the agent on behalf of the City of Abbotsford and the operator and manager of the Abbotsford Entertainment and Sports Centre (“AESC”).

“We are really pleased to have been selected as the primary beer supplier for this stunning new facility”, says Brian Harris, CEO. “The ASEC is as a multiple event centre which can seat up to 8500 people. It is the home of the Abbottsford Heat Hockey Team and will host over 40 other entertainment and sports events this year. We are really excited to have the opportunity of providing our fine beers to the patrons of this venue and further expanding our brands throughout the greater Abbotsford area".
